Sexological bodywork is a co-created session between myself and you.

After enquiry I would send you a confidential intake form for you to fill out and send back. The information on this form will help me tailor your Bodywork and Coaching session. I would talk through the lay out and process in advance with you so we can adjust and make changes if required so you know what to expect.

The session can include coaching, breath work, massage, consensual touch and other somatic exercises .

You’ll be set homework to do in between sessions, as your development is very much in your hands.
